About Us

Kelly is a Partner at Longhouse Capital Partners. He is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure. Kelly is based in Toronto and acts as an advisor to institutions in Canada and the United States.

Prior to joining Longhouse, Kelly served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System (‘‘OMERS’’) where he led the growth of infrastructure and real estate strategic equity partnerships.

Before joining OMERS, Kelly served as Head of Corporate Finance at Brookfield Asset Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for the global corporate finance activities in each of Brookfield’s core business lines. During his 16 year career at Brookfield, Kelly led real estate, renewable power and infrastructure transactions across North and South America, Europe, UK, Australia and India.

Kelly currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Granite REIT, a C$7 billion industrial and logistics company that is listed on the TSX and NYSE. He also currently holds board and investment committee positions with Red Funnel Ferries Limited, Onex Falcon, Power Sustainable Lios and Pomerleau Capital.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Wilfred Laurier University and holds an ESG Global Competent Boards Designation.
